When it's done installing, opening the app will prompt either a LINE account log-in or a Guest log-in. (dead link) This link leads to a reliable APK download. However, please be aware that you may not be able to update your game until a day after the update is released, as some sites may not update APK's quick enough.
If you can't get QooApp or make a Japanese store account, you can always just download the APK itself. To get Senjyushi, search 千銃士 within QooApp and install it from there. Once installed, you can use QooApp to download several other region locked APK's.
